PKBK-WI. STORAGE, LLC, (commonly known as Storage Brothers) is the sole owner and operator of the website TheStorageBrothers.com. Storage Brothers offers online payment via ACH, Debit and Credit for customers to pay their rent on their storage unit or commercial shop spaces they rent from Storage Brothers. Storage Brothers has no obligation to refund or prorate rents paid online by customers. Payment and/or processing and other issues or questions can be directed to Storage Brothers at 608-949-0111 or TheStorageBrothers@gmail.com. A Storage Brothers representative can help you between the hours of 9AM and 5PM Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays). Automatic charges will be charged monthly on the anniversary date of your move in. For example, if you move in on June 24th, rent will be due and charged upon move in and then again on July 24th, August 24th, etc. The only exception is if your first month rent was prorated to a different date. Then charges will be due on the monthly anniversary of that date. All transactions will occur with USD (United States Dollar) and no other form of currency will be accepted. We will deliver all storage units and rentals clean and in working condition. Badger Storage conducts business at 100 E Hwy 51, Edgerton, WI. No payment in person is allowed and no cash payments are accepted.
Privacy Policy
Storage Brothers customer information is solely for use by PKBK-WI. STORAGE, LLC for business purposes. No customer information will be shared with 3rd party individuals, institutions or companies.
Security Policy
We have in place certain physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to help protect the privacy and security of your personal information. When you enter your personal information on our website, we use encryption technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. Do NOT email, text, chat or otherwise message credit card numbers or information to us.
We don’t ship anything, we just store stuff.
Shipping Policy
There are no returns or refunds. If you cancel your month-to-month lease, any payments you may have made in advance are non-refundable. Any security deposits paid will be refunded to your address on file within 21 days of vacating the storage unit as long as the unit is paid in full, has completely and entirely been cleaned and swept and a 30 day notice is given to Landlord before move out. There are no other refunds or prorations.
